We truly enjoyed almost every detail: perfect location, nice staff. The room was perfectly clean, there was a spacious bathroom. The staff provided exemplary service and helped us with parking.

I wonderfully spend 3 nights in Puerto del Carmen. The staff was courteous, polite, and everything was good. The breakfast was excellent, it offered variety of yummy food. The location of the hotel was stunning, close to cocktail bar. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exemplary. I greatly enjoyed the stay.

I was there for 1 night and ate at gourmet restaurant which is really fantastic for a wonderful dinner. Welcoming, exceptional staff that helped me with parking. I truly enjoyed marvellous and beautiful location near to lovely beach, Cocktail bar stylish and unnecessary complicated alleys, it was in a modern area.
Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

The room was fashionable for the private hottub with an extremely comfy bed. The à la carte restaurant which was lovely and bar pretty was the best part. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the poolside bar. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The area contains some restaurants like the nags head within 5 minutes' walk. Set really close to playa chica beach. The bed was great. We had fun in the pool of the hotel.
